    Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agents

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written English
    • Experience in Customer Service is advantage but not required
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules
    • Willing to assigned in Makati, Ortigas, Pasig City, Quezon City, Antipolo, Bacolod and Cebu
    • Atleast 18 yrs. Of age
    • Can start for work ASAP
    • College undergraduate/graduate.
    -Graduate of any 4-year course OR
    Min. 2-years college education w/ @ least 6 mos related work experience gained in a customer service-oriented environment
    – High School Graduate is accepted
    -Registered Nurse is advantage but not required
    (PHRN / USRN)
    -Very good customer service orientation
    -Very good communication & interpersonal skills
    -Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
