Attached herewith is a Profit and Loss Statement with Cash Flow Projection that was prepared based on 24 seats with a good campaign that was started recently. With 24 seats at 2 SPH transfer call, it will still yield a Net Income before Tax of Php 322,533.49 a month or 20% return. The center is located in a 152 sq. mtrs. floor area with a dialing capacity of 64 seats in Clark Air Base. Current owner has started a transfer call project with the hopes of making at least 2 SPH. If the buyer(s) can operate this in full capacity of 64 seats, this will produce 1,024 transfer calls daily.
