Workforce Manager - Bahrain (resource planning manager)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly responsible for managing WFM for 2 sites, 300 people.
- Over-all supervision in ensuring that appropriate Operations schedules are designed, implemented, and released on time.
- Supervises over the analysis of historical call arrival patterns, AHT performance, and all shrinkage factors (i.e. absenteeism, attrition, training) and considers these in the scheduling of Operations personnel.
- Over-all management of forecasting of FTE requirements per week / month.
- In-charge of inter-face with all internal departments / functions on Workforce findings that need immediate addressing (i.e. hiring needs per account, start and live dates of trainees, system downtimes and troubleshooting, number of seats for expansion).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Arabic.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and in a similar capacity is required for this position.
- Working knowledge of workforce management processes, concepts and principles (i.e. staffing projections, scheduling, service level analysis, metrics monitoring).
- Prior knowledge of client specifics (i.e. nature of account, metrics) preferred.
- Working knowledge of call center operations and organization.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) as well as call center-specific software and applications.
- Excellent people-management, time and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
- Excellent customer orientation, as well as problem-solving, decision-making, analytical and presentation skills.

American Businessman needs help maintaining websites and building news ones. Call center experience a plus, but not required. Pay depends on training, certifications and experience. This is a graveyard shift position to start, but may eventually work into a daytime position after some time working together in which you consistently prove yourself to be a person with the highest standards of work ethic and integrity. (Please don't ask for an exception on this, because it's not going to happen). Experience preferred, but I'm willing to train the right person.

Requirements
- Good English skills a must!
- HTML, XHTML, CSS & PHP training and/or experience required. WordPress experience a MUST!
- Must type a minimum of 35 WPM, or be able to reach that level quickly
- Strong go-getter work ethic a must. If you are the type to sit and do nothing until someone tells you what to do, this job is not for you.
- JAVA experience a plus, but not required
- Computer maintenance (hardware AND software) experience, training and certifications a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work in my office in the Alabang/Paranaque/Las Pinas area. Don't bother applying if all you want to do is to work for me from your house, or if you want me to come to you. This is not negotiable, so please don't try!
- Assuming you're hired, your entire focus MUST be only on your work for me. I'm not looking for anyone who has many other business interests outside of our projects together.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure start-up and running of efficient operations within Kenya as the initial single point of contact for all internal/external customers. Make certain Benprise Client provides 24/7/365 support. Ensure the center provides exceptional customer experience to all customers.
- Manage Start up Center with standardized processes and associated metrics

Requirements:
- Must have at least four (4+) years demonstrated experience successfully managing Offshore Call Centers, preferably some in Africa
- Bachelor's degree

- Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
- High level knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Cisco networking, VPNs, VoIP concepts, monitoring tools such as Orion Solarwinds and IPMON, general LAN/WAN architecture knowledge sufficient to understand and train Operators on network environments in the Call Center.

- Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations groups.
- Understands software architecture/engineering as it relates to IT infrastructure and network operations in a Contact Center/BPO
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, strategic and execution-oriented manner. Can manage, and be tactical down to the detail, is highly organized.
